Film Experience
As an editor, I have had the pleasure of working with industry icons such as Martin Scorsese and Thelma Schoonmaker on A Personal Journey with Martin Scorsese through American Movies, on studio pictures such as Waterworld and Flipper, and on independent films such as 39 Pounds of Love, Most, and New York Street Games.
I have worked also in production, on notable films such as Desperately Seeking Susan and The Karate Kid.
Acting
Our results in life and our reputations, after all is said and done, depend on the authentically-motivated actions we take.
Studying acting and directing at Alan Feinstein Acting Studio, Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, Playhouse West, Second City, Upfront Comedy, and with Judith Weston and George Gallagher has given me a strong foundation in sensorimotor emotional acting.
This work draws uniquely on techniques from both acting and editing, in coordination with a fundamental understanding of modern Neuroscience - to help people authentically move and act their way through past traumas and into new life movies in which they are the star. Authentically experiencing real results that bring out the organizing stardom of who you really are.
